Miscellaneous: The County invites sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors for the demolition of the existing Broad Creek Public Dock, located at the end of Timberneck Rd in Deltaville, VA and construction of a replacement dock of substantially similar dimensions and design. In December 2025, the County was notified that a recent storm damaged the Broad Creek Dock. Upon investigation and attempts to repair, it was determined that, aside from the obvious damage from the ice and high tides, the dock’s pilings were no longer usable, and the dock should be replaced.
