Location: Holyoke Public Library, 250 Chestnut St., Holyoke MA 01040 Provide Proposal against the Scope Listed in this Document. General: Vendor to provide detailed breakdown of all necessary labor and material cost for Repair. • Labor and Materials • Recover the remaining Refrigerant from the compressor • Disconnection and removal of old compressor (if old compressor has return /salvage value this value should be noted in the base bid price as a deduct) • Provide and install new OEM Bitzer Compressor • Replace contactors and refrigerant driers • Power and control wiring • Leak Test and pressurized • Provide new refrigerant as needed • Startup and check proper operation • All work to be done on regular hours Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid walkthrough on April 1, 2025 at 1PM at the Holyoke Public Library Prevailing Wage Must be Paid, and a current Prevailing Wage Sheet is Attached to the full documents.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if in the best interest of the city.	Available on 3/26/25 @ 10AM	Due NO LATER THAN 4/22/25 @1PM
