It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain, in a full and open competition, proposals for required surveying, easement/right of way documentation, engineering design for culvert barrier improvements and environmental documentation and permitting services for this project. The project development & design covered by this planning phase will produce a construction-ready design package.
