Description: INVITATION TO BID Bid #2025 - 8 Project Name: PD Fence Bid Bidding Period Closing Date and Hour: October 1, 2025 at 9:00 am Sealed Bid Opening Date and Hour: October 1, 2025 at 9:10 am The City of Tahlequah is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a 6ft. Galvanized Chain link fence. The Project consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the installation of approximately 625 ft. of. 6 ft. tall fencing with privacy slats to include three 4 ft. walk through gates, one 30 ft. Cantilever Roll gate, one 24 ft. Cantilever Roll gate, and one 12 ft. Double Drive gate. Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Tahlequah until 9:00 am on October 1, 2025. The sealed envelope must be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word “BID”, Bid No., Project Name, and the Closing Date. All submitted bids must be stamped as received by the City Clerk prior to this time. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered. The bids will be opened publicly on October 1, 2025 at 9:10 am in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 111 S Cherokee Avenue.
