Description: The Town of South Hadley is seeking a qualified professional to prepare certain appendices as part of the update to their Subdivision Regulations. These appendices include new roadway typical street cross sections, roadway details and alternative turnaround design diagrams and a recommended trees and shrubs planting guide, as more fully described in the RFQ. Proposals must include a price quote by task, description of service, timeframe and contractor qualifications. Final deliverables must be completed by September 30, 2025.
