Outside of the envelope should be marked: “RFP Emergency Medical Services” RFP forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge, Darryl Mahoney located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the County.
