Notes	Any company that has previously submitted a response to CSP #3348-26 shall be deemed to have satisfied the requirements for this CSP, and no further submission is required or expected.” Lewisville Independent School District (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for CSP #3348A-26 Building and Grounds Materials, Supplies, Rentals, Repairs, and Other Related Products and Services Upon approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, this supplemental CSP will incorporate additional vendors as needed. This CSP will run concurrently with CSP #3348-26 to support the District’s requirements. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information may have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. CSP # 3348A-26 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District. Lewisville ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 90 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. If vendor does not notify the District 90 days before any renewal date(s), the District will auto-renew the bid under the existing terms and conditions. The initial term of this proposal shall be from May 2026 - May 2028. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District, this bid will automatically renew for the terms listed below. If vendor does not wish to renew, or wishes to renew with new terms and conditions, please contact LISD within 90 days of the renewal term. There will be two successive renewals, each consisting of a two-year term. Initial Anticipated Contract Term: May 2026 - May 2028 Second Term: May 2028 - May 2030 Third and Final Term: May 2030 - May 2032
