Project Description: El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center is seeking proposals to assist hospital Case Managers after a first level review is performed utilizing Inter Qual criteria. The hospital desires a second level review of the failed inpatient cases by a physician advisor and accompanying certification documentation for the medical records. Validity of these certifications must be backed by evidence- based data that has been researched and proven to support defensible admissions.
