Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OUTREACH SERVICES The City of Lawrence Office of Planning and Development is seeking prop osa ls from qualified firms , agencies, or individuals to provide engineering services for the City’s bridges on an on-call basis. The selected appraisal consultant(s) would be engaged by the Department through a contract for a period of two (2) years, with an option for an additional one (1) year at the City’s discretion. Sealed Bids, marked On-call Bridge Engineering Services will be received until 1:00 p.m.Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.
