The City of Phoenix is seeking up to ten qualified consultants, five firms per Scope Category, to provide Environmental consulting on-call services for the Aviation Department on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029. Interested firms may submit on any or all of the services of the two Scope Categories listed in the Request for Qualifications. Firms must specifically identify in the Statement of Qualifications information sheet the Scope Category(ies) for which the firm is qualified and interested in providing the City.
