Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of transportation demand management (TDM) services throughout Fairfax County and will provide the following:
Employer outreach and engagement services to promote and coordinate alternate commuting strategies to discourage the use of single-occupant vehicle (SOV) travel to and from work with the goal of reduced traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions.
On-call staffing to support various TDM projects.
