The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase of approximately 400 biometric fingerprint readers - model number: DigitalPersona U.are.U 4500 - fingerprint reader - USB 2.0

Background

In order to implement the new MFA platform that CJIS is requiring all agencies to have at the domain level, the St. Petersburg Police Department will need a device placed at all workstations that can access the St Pete PD network, that currently do not have a biometric presence. To accommodate, we have identified that approximatley 400 locations will need this device installed and configured to move towards meeting this CJIS policy.
