Notes	The intent of the RFP is to receive proposals for asphalt restoration services. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, traffic control, and supervision necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this proposal electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
