Category: Bids Status: Open Description: The City of Garden City Department of Utilities has a manhole rehabilitation program that rehabilitates selected sanitary sewer manholes each year. In comparing proposals, consideration will not be confined to price only. The successful vendor will be one whose product is judged to serve the interests of the City best when price, product, qualifications, safety, quality, and delivery are considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. A contract will be awarded to the vendor selected by the City that provides a complete and responsive proposal meeting all the requirements of this specification.
