Opening will not be public. The intent of the County is to obtain informal bids for water and sewer repair services for the County of Moore Public Works Department.  Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
