2026 QUANDARY PEAK AND MCCULLOUGH GULCH PARKING AND/OR SHUTTLE SERVICE

Overview
Summit County Government (“County”) and Town of Breckenridge (“Town”) are soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the 2026 QUANDARY PEAK AND MCCULLOUGH GULCH PARKING AND/OR SHUTTLE SERVICE.

Note: This Request for Proposal is for any contractor wishing to manage the (1) parking management and reservation system, (2) shuttle service, or (3) the combined parking management, shuttle service, and reservation system.

Prospective applicants are welcome to make inquiries and ask questions concerning the RFP to obtain clarification of the any requirements or schedule a site visit to the properties. Direct all inquiries to:

Time Schedule:
Thursday, February 5: Request for Proposals publicly advertised and posted on County and Town website.
Friday, February 20: Deadline for all Questions.
Monday, February 23: All Questions, Comments, and Responses to Questions posted by the County at Bids and Proposals on www.SummitCountyCO.gov.
Monday, March 9: Proposals must be submitted via email to Allison.Morton@SummitCountyCO.gov
no later than 5:00 p.m. MST/MDT.
Tuesday, March 10: Official Bid Opening with County Staff at 12:30 p.m. Please email Allison.Morton@SummitCountyCO.gov for a zoom meeting invitation.
Monday, March 16: Interview with short-listed Bidders (week of, and if necessary).
Monday, March 23: Contract negotiations (week of).
Friday, April 3: Notice of Award and send Unsuccessful Bidder letter (email) to all proposers.
