Description: The County of Rockingham, (the County) a political subdivision of the State of Virginia is requesting qualifications from contractors authorized to do business in the State of Virginia, to serve as the Design-Builder and grant administer for the awarded Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) from the Department of Environmental Quality. The work covered in the grant project plan will be located at the County’s Landfill at 813 Greendale Road, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit information that will enable the County to determine which Offerors: (a) are best qualified to successfully execute the design and construction of the project in addition to grant administration and (b) will be invited to submit proposals in response to the County’s Request for Proposals (RFP).
