Notes	The City of Irving is in the process of designing a new Multi-Generational Community Center and Aquatic Facility to be located in Mustang Park at 2223 Kinwest Drive. The City is planning to pursue a LEED Certified rating for this project. To facilitate LEED Certification, the City is advertising to hire a Commissioning Authority to oversee Commissioning services associated with the design and construction of the new Community Center and Aquatic Facility Project. There will be no pre-submittal conference in conjunction with this RFP. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
