Summary The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Office of Information Technology is soliciting MBE dealers for the renewal of ten (10) Figma for Government Full seat licenses (1 year). Figma for Government - Subscription license (1 year) - 1 full seat QTY: 10 POP 12/23/2026-12/22/2027 End User/Admin: Ohio Department of Public Safety *Additional end user details will be shared with the winning MBE dealer upon contract award Failure to provide valid bid pricing for at least 90 days may deem the quote non-response. Process MBE SET ASIDE OPPORTUNITY Section 125.081 of the Ohio Revised Code requires State agencies to set-aside purchases for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) . Only MBE will be considered for award. CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document/contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award). INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract. EVALUATION PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. Quote must be valid for 90 days . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field. Inquiries are not permitted to be sent directly to the analyst or any other ODPS contact. AWARD A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to lowest responsible and responsive MBE quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 12/23/2026-12/22/2027 .
