Scope of Services
The Town of Farragut will be accepting statements of qualifications from professional consulting/engineering firms to provide services for GIS Services.
The following list of activities may be assigned to the Contractor by mutual agreement between both parties, during the agreement terms:

•        All geographic information systems (GIS) related work to include but not limited to database maintenance, mapping, and analysis; all reasonable GIS needs in general.

•        Provide reasonable, general assistance to Town staff or other governmental/private agencies authorized for collaboration by the Town staff. This may or may not involve GIS depending on the expertise of the Contractor.

The Town shall have the option of negotiating the expansion of this scope of work under this agreement. Any such expansion shall be governed by the provisions of this agreement. The following activities may be added at some point during the agreement term upon mutual agreement by both parties:

•        Asset, Contract and Program Management

•        Data Warehousing

•        Surveying (including CCTV pipe surveys)

•        Phase I/II Environmental Assessments

•        Environmental Impact Statements

•        HAZMAT Management (Asbestos, Lead Based Paint, Mold)

•        Master Planning

•        Transportation and Infrastructure assessment and design

•        Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Infrastructure Analysis and Compliance

•        Building Inspection Services
