Bid Orientation:	A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. promptly at the Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility located at 2501 Navy Drive, Stockton, CA 95206
Description:	The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to remove and disconnect an existing 60kV transformer and store on the City's boneyard property; install new City furnished 60kV transformer on existing concrete pad; coordination with manufacturer to install all bushing and fluids; connect primary, secondary, and control wiring; provide substation grounding; provide rental generator(s) to continuously supply 5,000 kW of power throughout the duration of the project and ensure no power interruption.
