Description: NOTICE Sealed bids will be received in the Garland County Judge's Office until 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025 on the following materials for road construction and maintenance: Concrete Pipe Corrugated Exterior Plastic Pipe with Smooth Interior Road Striping These bids will be good for at least 12 months. Any bid subject to a surcharge based on the rising cost of manufacturing materials such as steel, fuel costs, etc. must be stated in bid. Prices offered in the bids will be effective May 1, 2025, and end April 30, 2026. Outside of bid envelope must be LABELED WITH DESCRIPTION OF ITEM(S) BEING BID. Specifications and instructions are available from the Garland County Judge, 501 Ouachita Ave., Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
