Description: The Lilburn Downtown Development Authority (DDA) purchased the historic, residential single-family home located at 243 Main Street in October 2019. At the time, the DDA intended to purchase all parcels on Main Street located on the block between Young Street and Norman Drive to create a redevelopment opportunity. Since 2019, the redevelopment priorities of the DDA have shifted, and the DDA would like to sell the property to the highest bidder who will maintain the historicity of the existing structure while making the improvements required for residential occupancy.
