CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Food Services – CENTERPLACE REGIONAL EVENT CENTERThe City of Spokane Valley (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified entities for food and beverage services at the City-owned CenterPlace Regional Event Center located at 2426 N. Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, WA 99216. The successful contractor will have use of the CenterPlace kitchen to provide food and beverage services for conferences, weddings, and other events at CenterPlace. The contracted services are anticipated to be for one year with four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the City’s discretion. The full request for proposals, including the Scope of Work, and submittal requirements may be obtained on the City’s website at https://www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359/Public-Notices or by contacting Nicole Ulmer, CenterPlace Coordinator at nulmer@spokanevalleywa.gov or 509-720-5405. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 8, 2025. The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Spokane Valley in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
