Description:

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) State Fire
Training services for CAL FIRE Uniformed Employees, as described herein:

Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide
approved training services and courses for CAL FIRE Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JAC) employees. JAC
employees are required to complete a three (3)-year apprentice program to promote within the Department.
