Overview

Summary

Greenville County is seeking a qualified contractor for a park and stormwater improvement project at East Riverside Park. This project will decrease stormwater runoff and improve water quality and biodiversity within the Upper Enoree watershed, while also enhancing park access and aesthetics. Work includes the installation of pervious pavers, a bioretention pond, rain gardens, and a concrete parking lot, as well as improvements to existing swales and vegetation, as outlined in the plans, details, specifications, and pricing proposal included in this Invitation for Bids. The contract for this project will need to be signed no later than June 30, 2026.
