Project Description: The Ada County Sheriff’s Office (“ACSO”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a proposed solution for the purchase of an advanced Jail Full-Body Scanner system. The system will be utilized by the booking department during the intake process of all new arrestees.
The purpose of this RFP is to replace an outdated system that offers limited functionality and is not suitable for its current space. The objective is to procure a modern, integrated solution that aligns with our operational size and functional requirements. The proposed system must be capable of performing reliably in a high-traffic environment, supporting the evolving needs of ACSO while maintaining high standards of performance, efficiency, and usability.
