Project Description: The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences in providing a commercially available, cloud-based, unified communication system. The goal of this Request for Proposal is to evaluate new communications technology that will increase productivity, enhance service quality, and unify the various communications services in use by Town employees. Employees may prefer to use their desk computer or cell phone instead of their desk phones.
