New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) seeks a consultant to provide routine and on-call maintenance, repair, and emergency services for closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) cameras and associated security system components at Specific Sites and Various Sites, Citywide.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of the proposed consultant team, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
Site TourAn optional site tour will be held at the Brooklyn Army Terminal at 10:00 AM ET on September 3, 2025. Those who wish to attend should RSVP by email to CCTVMaintenanceRFP@edc.nyc on or before 5:00 PM ET on September 2, 2025.
InquiriesRespondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 PM ET on September 5, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to CCTVMaintenanceRFP@edc.nyc . Answers to all questions will be posted by September 12, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5:00 PM ET on September 5, 2025, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPREQUEST@edc.nyc on or before September 18, 2025.
