    The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Forensic Science Services (FSS) requests proposals to provide in-person, hands-on technical instruction to BCA Forensic Laboratory Technicians (FLTs) on procedures and techniques for serial number restoration (SNR) of firearms. The awarded contractor will provide the instruction at BCA Headquarters, located at 1430 Maryland Avenue East, St. Paul, MN.
