NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY, does hereby invite sealed bids for a BTI Treatment Program for insect control for 2026, approximately 64 sq. miles in the Town of Chester.

The Town Board requests proposals be submitted for a one-year contract. Maps of the proposed treatment areas may be examined and specifications obtained from the Town Clerk.  All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "BTI Bid”.

Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY or in person at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY until Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Clerk’s Office at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
