The Rental Housing Preservation Program is a competitive pilot program that helps small and mid-sized rental property owners preserve Charlotteʼs existing affordable housing by providing financial assistance for eligible property repairs. In exchange, participating owners agree to maintain safe, quality rental housing and keep rents affordable for a designated period.
