#26-022R RENAUD CENTER DECTRON DUCT WORK (REBID)

CITY OF O’FALLON, MISSOURI

The City of O’Fallon, Missouri is soliciting bids for services related to duct work at

the Renaud Center. Specifications are available at www.ofallonmo.gov under Bid

Opportunities.

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting that will be held on April 3, 2026, at 10:00

A.M. CDT at the Renaud Center 2650 Tri Sports Circle, O’Fallon MO 63368.

Lack of attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting will disqualify a bidder from

being considered for the award of the project.

Interested vendors should submit sealed bids clearly marked “Bid #26-022R

Renaud Center Dectron Duct Work (Rebid)” to the City of O’Fallon, Attn:

Christine Grabin, Purchasing Agent, 100 North Main Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366,

by 2:00 P.M. CDT, April 16, 2026.

The City of O’Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any

irregularities. The City of O’Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest

and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
