2026 BARD HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT PROJECT COUNTY OF LAWRENCE, COMMONWEAL TH OF PENNSYLVANIA
The Lawrence County Commissioners will receive sealed bids
for the 2026 Bard HVAC Unit Replacement Project
All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in
the amount of 5% of the bid, made payable to Lawrence County.
All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid
http://pennbid/bonfirehud.com.
Bids will not be accepted if submitted in person, bids can only be
submitted online at http://pennbid/bonfirehud.com.
Bids will be accepted until 4 October ,2026, no later than 3:00 p.m. Bids
will be opened and read at the Commissioners’ public meeting on 6 October 2026
at 10:00 A.M. at the Lawrence County Government Center, Commissioner's Meeting
room, Court Street, New Castle, PA 16101
The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept any bid,
which in their judgment may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer, and
also reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in, or reject any
or all bids.
