The Contractor must provide minimum equivalency to one (1) of the three (3) public information products for people finding and search as experienced by the Department with Lexis Nexis (Accurint), TransUnion (TLOxp), or Thomas Reuters (CLEAR) and make the product available at least ninety-six percent (96%) of the time for the normal and routine use of a person search query during the normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), seven (7) days per week including holidays.
