Overview

Summary

This contract is intended for the Facilities and Communications Maintenance (FCM) Division of the General Services Department (GSD) to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for all Liquid Fuel Systems.

Services shall include, but are not limited to:

• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of fuel dispenser tanks, pumps, and all associated piping

• Repair and replacement of hanging hardware, vent lines, and vents

• Leak prevention and detection, including monitoring equipment

• Maintenance and replacement of filters and vapor recovery systems

Background

Additionally, the Contractor shall identify and repair any existing or potential issues that may cause fuel system leaks. All components of the Petroleum Storage Tank System (PSTS) shall be maintained in good working order, in full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
