This bid includes the following Work:
Remove, dispose, and replace concrete pavement at the Johnson County Transportation Center, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on March 12, 2026, at 10:00AM CT, at the Murray L. Nolte Transit Center located at 1701 W. 56 Highway, Olathe, Kansas 66061.  Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.
Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on March 19, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
Bidders shall submit the following with their bid:
  • Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas.
No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
