Project Description

King Conservation District seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the creation of a Quickbase Central Coordination Database which will track and align salmon habitat restoration efforts across a highly diverse group of organizations, labor force, funding sources, and land managers in the Snohomish River Basin.

The consultant’s role will be to collaborate with KCD to create a Beta database, assist with test and launch, and provide troubleshooting and adaptive management. Depending on the consultant selected, there may be opportunity to assist with training of users.

Work for this contract is planned to begin in August 2026, with the goal to produce a Beta product by the end of the year and launch in Spring 2027. Intermittent ongoing support is expected to last through the end of 2027.
