Request for Proposal (RFP) 2026-0087 Purchase of Legal Training &

Expungement Services

The Alamo Colleges District will be closed on Monday March 9 through

Friday March 13, 2026, for Spring Break. No phone calls or emails will

be responded to during that time. We will resume normal business

hours on Monday March 16, 2026.

February 17, 2026, prior to 2:00 pm CST.

Any contract awarded by the Board of Trustees as a result of the

RFP will begin upon award and terminate April 1, 2027, with an

option to renew for three, one year periods.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The respondents to this RFP must have the following minimum qualifications.

Failure to meet minimum qualifications may be grounds for rejection. Alamo

Colleges District reserves the right to reject Proposals that fail to include this

information with the Offerors Proposal submission.

a. Offeror(s) must affirm in writing and include with supporting documentation

with proposal submission: Proof of experience developing and delivering

record expungement, nondisclosure, and record-sealing services in Bexar

County for students, community organizations, or other large-scale clients

in Bexar County or surrounding counties.

with proposal submission: At least 5 years of legal experience focusing on

criminal record expunctions, nondisclosures, or related justice-involvement

legal services in Bexar County.

with proposal submission: Certification or licensure to practice law in the

State of Texas, and proof of good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
