However, bids will need to be emailed or mailed to the City of Garden City, Kansas, P.O. Box 998, Garden City, Kansas 67846, with 2026 Contracted Mowing put on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line (email) and received before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
