Request for Proposals - Sacramento County Department of Airports Airline Data Services
The Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) is soliciting proposals from prospective service providers to provide Airline Data Services.
The County of Sacramento (County) owns and/or operates four airports in Sacramento County, including Sacramento International Airport (SMF or Airport) through the Department of Airports (SCDA or Department). The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from prospective service providers (Proposers) for Airline Data Services.
The County wishes to enter into an agreement with a single qualified contractor to provide Airline Data services at SCDA. The Department relies on the data, tools and technology of external data providers to supply airline scheduling data, origination and destination passenger demand data, and airline carrier statistics and operational data.
The selected Proposer shall perform the services described in this RFP as requested by the Director of Airports (Director), on a time-and-expense basis, subject to a specified not-to-exceed amount.
Responses are due by 07/08/2025, 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard time.

Construction Manager At Risk Services - Concourse B Expansion & Terminal ImprovementsThe Sacramento County Department of Airports is soliciting Statement Of Qualifications(SOQ) from firms qualified to perform the CMAR services for this project. This Project will add six aircraft gates to the existing 19 gates on Concourse B for a total of twenty-five gates. To support the gate expansions, facilities improvements to Terminal B such as expansion of the baggage handling systems and additional baggage claim carousel may also be required in support of the additional six-gates expansion of Concourse B.
