Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase furniture from Watson Furniture Group (Watson), through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program.  This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 24-22 requesting competitive bids for furniture and awarded a contract to Watson.  District shall purchase the furniture from NewJee, LLC., dba Hyphn, Watson’s local authorized dealer, for the sum of $10,145.89.

Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Watson through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Dawn York at yorkda@cleanwaterservices.org no later than October 24, 2025.
