Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH IS ISSUING THIS INVITATION TO SOLICIT A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FROM LICENSED AND INSURED CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CITY OF FLAGLER BEACH PIER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT 2024 - 2026 PROJECT ACCORDING TO THE SCOPE OF WORK OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. RFQs WILL BE RECEIVED FOR A SINGLE, LUMP SUM CONTRACT AS INDICATED IN THIS SOLICITATION. IT IS THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH THAT THIS RFQ PROMOTES COMPETITIVE SELECTION. IT IS THE BIDDER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE THE FINANCE DIRECTOR IF ANY LANGUAGE, REQUIREMENTS, ETC., OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INADVERTENTLY RESTRICTS OR LIMITS THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THIS ITB All applicants must be properly licensed in the State of Florida and include proof of insurance, licenses, and certificates as required by all local, State of Florida, and Federal agencies.
