NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract SIGN SHOP SUPPLIES – SIGN FACES 26-047-DOT on or before May 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov . Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
