Description:

Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Common Pleas Court, General Division, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until 11:00 a.m.. Tuesday, December 17, 2024 for a Security Camera and Video Management System for the benefit of the Greene County courthouse.  All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Proposers.  This legal advertisement is also published on the Greene County Government website, https://www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids .

The Greene County Common Pleas Court, General Division requests proposals for a Security Camera and Video Management System to be used on an ongoing basis for live audio and video monitoring and improved building security.

Proposal documents and specifications may be obtained upon request from the Greene County Common Pleas Court, General Division, 45 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 at (937) 562-5145.  Proposal documents may be obtained at https://www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids .

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. on November 7, 2024 in person at the Greene County Courthouse, 45 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385.

Sealed envelopes containing proposals must be submitted with the RFP NAME, Security Camera and Video Management System, prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/package.  Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds.

Greene County reserves the rights defined in the Instructions to Proposers, including, but not limited to, the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities of Proposals, should same be to the advantage of the County.
