Project Description

The city of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, is seeking proposals for annual fireworks display. All qualified contractors/vendors are invited to submit a sealed proposal.

• Include all required forms and documentation. Incomplete submissions may be rejected.

• The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof.
• All contracts for the construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
• The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and must be an equal opportunity employer.
