Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the ongoing provision of immunizations and other medical testing services to eligible Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) students and employees at designated FCPS locations in Fairfax County, Virginia. Eligible Recipients shall be defined as all currently enrolled students; all students residing in Fairfax County and eligible for enrollment in FCPS; and all current FCPS employees, including part-time and hourly staff.
