Description: The City of Coalinga is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified airport engineering consulting firms to provide professional design engineering services for the replacement of the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) at the New Coalinga Municipal Airport. Services may also include future airport engineering and design-related projects. The selected consultant will assist the City with FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant coordination, engineering design, preparation of plans and specifications, bid support, regulatory coordination, and related airport improvement services. This procurement will follow qualifications-based selection procedures in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and applicable Brooks Act requirements.
