PUBLIC NOTICE  BOROUGH OF HADDON HEIGHTS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process and in accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44-20.5 et. seq., sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Haddon Heights in the office of the Borough Clerk, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, New Jersey 08035, on or before December 3, 2025, at 10:00 am, prevailing time for the following professional positions for calendar year 2024:

Municipal Solicitor/Conflict Solicitor	Broker of Record for Health Insurance	Planning Board Solicitor/Conflict Solicitor PB Solicitor
Municipal Auditor	Licensed Site Remediation Professional	Planning Board Engineer/Conflict PB Engineer
Municipal Engineer	Affordable Housing Solicitor	Planning Board Planner/Conflict PB Planner
Special Projects Engineer	Affordable Housing Planner
Tax Assessor/Conflict Tax Assessor	Affordable Housing Administrative Agent
Municipal Planner	Redevelopment Counsel
Risk Manager	Redevelopment Planner

The Request for Proposal documents may be examined and/or obtained from the Borough of Haddon Heights, Clerk’s Office, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035, during regular business hours.

Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. Responses will be evaluated by the Mayor and Borough Council.
