Questions and Concerns Received from JMI Healthcare Systems, Inc. on March 12, 2026.

1. Extension of Questions and Concerns Deadline – We kindly request an extension of the deadline for

submission of questions and concerns to allow sufficient time to consolidate inputs from our sources,

should additional inquiries or clarifications be needed.

2. Extension of Bid Submission Deadline – To provide our suppliers adequate time to furnish the necessary

details, we request an extension of the bid submission deadline by two (2) weeks from the original due

date.

3. Extension of Required Delivery Period – We respectfully request an extension of the required delivery

period from thirty (30) days to ninety (90) days due to current supplier lead times and international

shipping schedules, which may affect timely delivery.

4. Request for Additional Details – We would appreciate clarification on the required storage cabinet,

specifically the external dimensions (height, width, depth), as these were not included in the provided

specification. If possible, a reference image would also be greatly appreciated.

1. What is the approximate opening size of the cabinet?

2. How many cabinets wide? ie 1 (single) or 3 wide (triple)

3. What is the designed height to include 6” legs?

6. How many tiers should the cabinet have? ie single, double, triple, etc.

7. The bid specs call for a 50"H combination cabinet which is an atypical height for a combination

cabinet. Could we verify if the height is correct? Also, will GSA accept a bid for a combination cabinet

that is a taller? ie 78"H

Response: Yes, minimum height of 50” – 78”. See Amendment #3

1. Can you tell me the size of the requirement for the storage steel cabinet.

2. By any chance, can we get the dimensions for the storage cabinet and the type of hanging rod? Will it be

a full hanging rod or a half hanging rod?

Response: ½ coat rod and ½ (4) adjustable shelves.
